Are you a meticulous QA professional ready to provide quality oversight within a multiproduct Drug Substance manufacturing facility? EFOR Group, a trusted Life Sciences consulting partner, is seeking a skilled QA Specialist to join our team on a client site in Geel, Belgium, within the QA Operations department of a globally leading biopharmaceutical company.

Contract duration: 01/10/2026 – 31/12/2026

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the quality and compliance of operational processes and documentation across a multiproduct Drug Substance (DS) production facility.

What you'll do:

• Perform quality reviews of batch records and logbooks, both electronic and paper-based
• Issue and archive paper-based batch records, logbooks, and other operational documents requiring quality oversight
• Review and approve operational documents (SOPs, forms, etc.) requiring quality oversight
• Take ownership of quality documents (SOPs, forms, etc.)
• Provide quality oversight in the management of alarms

Your background:

• Master's degree in a scientific field, or equivalent through relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of and experience interpreting cGMP guidelines in a regulated environment, with particular attention to data integrity
• Knowledge of clinical manufacturing and its associated regulations is a plus
• Experience with Quality processes and Quality Assurance
• Experience with batch record review
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Independent working style, with initiative and a strong sense of ownership
• Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills
• Strong writing skills and clear written expression
