They are looking for a genuine commercial game changer: someone who lives and breathes sales, knows the Belgian freight forwarding market inside out and has an exceptional record of winning major customers.

This is not a step-up opportunity. The business wants an established industry heavyweight who can make an immediate commercial impact, supported by experienced operational, pricing and product teams. Key Responsibilities

- Win significant new freight forwarding and logistics customers across Belgium.
- Leverage an established network to create and convert high-value opportunities.
- Build relationships with senior supply chain and procurement decision-makers.
- Sell tailored solutions across air freight, ocean freight, customs and warehousing.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of major commercial opportunities.
- Work with operational, pricing and product teams to develop competitive solutions.
- Represent the organisation at the highest commercial level in Belgium.
- Contribute to the company’s broader commercial strategy and growth.

Candidate Profile

- At least 8 years of successful freight forwarding sales experience.
- A genuine passion for selling and an unwavering focus on winning new business.
- An exceptional understanding of the Belgian freight forwarding market.
- A proven record of winning major, profitable customers.
- A strong and established network across Antwerp, Brussels or wider Belgium.
- The credibility to engage senior and executive-level decision-makers.
- Strong air freight and/or ocean freight knowledge.
- A true hunter mentality, supported by measurable commercial results.
- Commercially ambitious, highly autonomous and performance-driven.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Eligible to work in Belgium.
