Your role
You’ll combine functional analysis, application ownership and technical troubleshooting, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, vendors and IT teams.
You’ll take ownership of a key Design & Compose platform used to generate and publish regulatory, legal and client reporting documents within an asset management environment.
What you’ll do
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and user stories
- Own and support the Scriptura / Design & Compose platform
- Troubleshoot incidents, production issues and performance bottlenecks
- Manage configurations, deployments, upgrades and releases
- Analyse and optimise document generation flows, data integrations and publishing processes
- Work with XML, XSLT, SQL, APIs and system integrations
- Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure teams and business stakeholders
- Monitor platform stability, security, capacity and operational risks
- Contribute to Agile delivery, testing and continuous improvement
What you bring
- Experience as a Functional Analyst, System Engineer, Application Engineer or Technical Application Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with application support, incident management and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of XML, XSLT, SQL, REST APIs and integration technologies
- Experience with document generation, Customer Communications Management (CCM), reporting or Design & Compose solutions is a strong plus
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum; SAFe experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate between business and IT
