To support the further development of its international hub, the company is looking for a Financial Controller / CFO who will oversee Finance across several countries, lead a team of local controllers and act as a key business partner to the Managing Director.
Oversee Finance and Accounting activities across entities in Belgium, Argentina, Brazil and South Africa; Consolidate financial information, analyse performance and translate variances into actionable recommendations; Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax, audits and statutory reporting; Lead, coach and develop an international team of controllers and accounting professionals; Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve Finance processes, systems and ways of working.
You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent and bring around 10 years of progressive Finance experience, including financial leadership responsibilities; You combine strong technical Finance and Accounting expertise with proven people management experience; previous exposure to an industrial, project-based or international environment is a strong advantage; You are fluent in English, comfortable with Excel and ERP systems, and able to work effectively across different countries and cultures; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset. xlxgzvr
