Responsabilités principales Définir, mettre en oeuvre et maintenir la stratégie de tests, en conformité avec la méthodologie du client et les critères d'acceptation du projet. Définir les critères d'entrée et de sortie des différentes phases de tests.

Couvrir les aspects fonctionnels et non fonctionnels (NFR), notamment charge, performance et sécurité. Définir et coordonner les activités des différentes phases de testing : test plans, test cases, préparation des données, exécution, suivi et clôture. Piloter et accompagner les différentes équipes et parties prenantes, en particulier les équipes Business, lors des campagnes de tests. Organiser la structure des tests dans HP Quality Center (HPQC) et/ou Azure Test Plans, conformément aux standards et bonnes pratiques du client.
Construire et maintenir le planning global des tests, en intégrant notamment la disponibilité et les dépendances des différents environnements. Assurer la coordination des tests liés à la migration des données vers SAP S/4HANA, notamment pour le domaine Finance. Assurer le suivi des defects, leur qualification et leur priorisation en collaboration avec le Project Manager, les représentants Business et la Data Factory.
Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des informations présentes dans les outils de testing : statuts des tests, defects, organisation des campagnes, traçabilité, etc. Identifier et suivre les risques, dépendances, blockers et points d'attention susceptibles d'impacter les campagnes de tests. Définir et produire les KPI et indicateurs de testing, sur la base des standards du client. Fournir un reporting fiable permettant aux comités projet et comités de pilotage de disposer d'une vision claire de l'avancement, de la qualité et des risques.
Collaborer avec le Lead Testing et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques et processus de testing. Est-ce vous? Compétences indispensables - must have: 6 ans d'expérience dans la définition et la mise en oeuvre de stratégies de tests sur des projets de moyenne à grande envergure : activités, planning, suivi, risques et coûts.
Expérience confirmée avec HP Quality Center (HPQC). Expérience dans le pilotage de campagnes de tests avec des équipes Business : planification, coordination, accompagnement, coaching et suivi de l'exécution. 6 ans d'expérience récente en testing dans des environnements Agile/Scrum, cycle en V et hybrides. Capacité à coordonner simultanément plusieurs équipes et stakeholders. Français C2. Anglais B1 minimum. Compétences souhaitées - should have: Certification ou connaissance équivalente ISTQB Foundation Level.
Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en Analytics, BI, Data ou Big Data. Expérience pratique avec Azure DevOps / Azure Test Plans. Expérience dans le pilotage des tests sur des projets SAP. Une expérience SAP S/4HANA et/ou dans le domaine SAP Finance constitue un avantage important.
