Are you a qualified Person with deep biotech manufacturing expertise, ready to take on a delegate QP role at a leading pharmaceutical site? EFOR Group, a trusted Life Sciences consulting partner, is seeking an experienced QP Consultant to join our team on a client site in Geel, Belgium.

Contract duration: 14/09/2026 – 31/12/2026

Reporting line: QP Delegate reports to the Sanofi Geel QP.

What you'll do:

• Act as first QP contact point for issues in a defined manufacturing area
• Provide QP-related feedback to QA engineers during early QP involvement meetings
• Identify deviations and/or changes that need to be escalated to the QP Governance meeting
• Conduct detailed review and approval of batch release dossiers and Certificates of Analysis
• Release Sanofi Geel commercial and clinical lots in the ERP system for shipment to Drug Product sites
• Review and/or approve deviations requiring (delegate) QP involvement
• Review and/or approve new or major updates to regulatory submissions
• Review and approve Product Specification Sheets
• Approve export certificates for product samples shipped to the US
• Approve shipment of product to Sanofi sites or partner sites for purposes outside existing agreements
• Review and approve usage (in exceptional cases) and/or destruction of Sanofi Geel Reference ("reserve") samples, and approve requests to provide reference samples to regulatory agencies

Note: Certification of batches in the "vrijgaveregister" is out of scope for this role.

Your background:

• Master's degree in Industrial Pharmacy
• Registered QP number (on the official list of qualified persons under Article 84 and Article 211 of the Belgian Royal Decree of 14 December 2006 on medicinal products for human and veterinary use)
• Minimum 8–10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with prior experience acting as a QP
• Extensive knowledge and experience in biotechnology production processes
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
