We're building talent pools to connect with professionals in our field of expertise within Marketing & Digital. Since we collaborate with a large set of fastmoving companies looking for the right talents, we connect with experts continuously. To be able to make the right connection between talent and client on the right time, we're looking for both junior, medior and senior professionals in this field.

We're looking for driven Marketing Project Managers to take ownership of the marketing and communication projects of our clients from first briefing to final delivery. You'll be the connecting force between internal stakeholders, creative experts, and external partners translating business needs into structured, well-executed campaigns across channels. Since we have a broad range of clients you could work in FMCG, Retail, Banking&Insurance or scale-up environments for example!

Responsibilities

Intake & Projectplanning

  • Take end-to-end ownership of marketing and communication projects and campaigns: scope objectives, timing, and budget during intake, then build a project plan and resource proposal accordingly
  • Select and brief the right experts per project: Copywriters, Designers, Digital Specialists, and other creative or technical profiles. During the project you'll coordinate their work throughout delivery
  • Manage planning, budgets, and deadlines across a portfolio of both small and large projects running in parallel
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders or clients, building strong working relationships and keeping them informed on progress
  • Coordinate integrated, omnichannel campaigns (online/offline, owned/earned/paid) that stay consistent with the overall brand and communication strategy
  • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, and adjust plans based on the insights gathered

Experience & Competences

  • As mentioned above we're looking for junior/medior/seniors in Marketing and Communication Project/Campaign Management
  • Agency-side experience is a very strong asset
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Proven track record coordinating multidisciplinary and creative teams, as well as external partners with strong planning and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with data and KPIs to track and improve campaign performance
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Affinity with AI-driven marketing tools and digital innovation is a plus
