Following continued success across Belgium, we are entering an exciting period of growth. To support our ambitious hiring plans, we're looking for an experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Partner to join our internal Talent Acquisition team for the next three months.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our business by identifying, engaging and securing high-performing sales / recruitment professionals who will drive the next phase of growth across our Belgian operations.

About the Opportunity

As we continue to expand our presence across Belgium, attracting exceptional talent remains critical to our success.

Working closely with business leaders and the internal Talent Acquisition team, you'll take ownership of sourcing and attracting recruitment professionals across a variety of levels, helping us build diverse, high-performing teams across our brands, including Computer Futures, Progressive, Real Staffing and Huxley.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring we continue to attract the game-changing talent that enables SThree to deliver on its purpose of bringing skilled people together to build the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Identify, engage and attract high-calibre recruitment professionals across Belgium.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify talent opportunities.
• Leverage a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting SThree's culture, values and career opportunities.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen SThree's presence in the Belgian market.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record of recruiting within the recruitment, sales or staffing sector.

You'll bring:

• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
• Experience recruiting recruitment consultants and sales professionals across a range of levels.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• The ability to build credibility quickly with stakeholders and candidates alike.
• A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in agency recruitment, executive search or internal talent acquisition environments.
