About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Experience Manager to take on a high-visibility role within our organization. You will be responsible for leading implementations, managing successful client onboarding, and acting as a trusted advisor to build long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate will facilitate collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering departments to ensure an outstanding user journey and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.


What you will do

  • Lead the deployment of the Cubigo platform across the UK market, driving seamless client onboarding and platform adoption.
  • Develop strong ties with community leaders, staff, and residents to guarantee exceptional levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for client support, managing inquiries and resolving escalations with a professional touch.
  • Perform regular business reviews to uncover growth opportunities and deliver high-impact strategic advice.
  • Champion user needs by gathering feedback and collaborating with product teams to prioritize platform enhancements.
  • Work cross-functionally to refine our customer success frameworks, ensuring internal processes and tools remain cutting-edge.
  • Facilitate training sessions and share best practices to empower clients and boost long-term success.
  • Evolve our operational playbooks and internal workflows to support repeatable results and global scalability.


What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in customer success, implementation, or account management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Comprehensive grasp of the user journey and a deep understanding of customer experience principles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating B2B client onboarding and providing high-touch customer support.
  • Superior command of the English language, with the ability to communicate with clarity, precision, and professionalism.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and the interpersonal skills to lead diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Availability for frequent travel to the UK to engage directly with our partners and clients.
  • Based in Belgium, with a flexible mindset regarding remote, office-based (Corda Campus in Hasselt), and on-site work.
  • Experience in an international company and a master's degree are a plus.
