Description:
About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and reliable Administrative & Finance Support Officer to join our Finance & Administration team.
This is not a role for an accounting specialist, nor are we searching for the next CFO of the group. Instead, we are looking for a well-organized administrative professional who is comfortable with numbers, has a practical mindset, and enjoys bringing structure and order to daily operations.

- Managing and reviewing expense reports
- Verifying and following up on supplier invoices

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and trustworthy professional attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Practical mindset and willingness to build a long-term career within the company
We also appreciate people who ask questions when they don't know something rather than allowing the problem to mature quietly in their inbox.
Language Skills
- Good professional command of French and/or Dutch
- Practical knowledge of English, allowing you to communicate by email, phone, and Microsoft Teams in a professional environment
- Willingness to further develop your English skills as part of the role
