Nous recrutons un(e) Junior Technical & Project Assistant Benelux (CDD 6 mois)
Dans le cadre du développement de notre département, nous recherchons un profil junior pour renforcer notre équipe.
Vos principales responsabilités:
Support technique
• Réaliser et dessiner les relevés techniques de magasins pour les équipes design
• Participer à la coordination des ouvertures et rénovations de magasins
• Prendre part aux visites techniques sur site
• Assurer le suivi des interventions de maintenance et des actions correctives
• Coordonner les échanges techniques avec les sous-traitants et fournisseurs
Support opérationnel & administratif
• Collaborer étroitement avec le back-office afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement du département
• Organiser et maintenir à jour la documentation projets et les dossiers techniques
• Participer au suivi des factures et des projets si nécessaire
• Maintenir une communication fluide avec les équipes commerciales et les opérations magasins
Profil recherché :
Formation
Bachelier ou Master en :
Expérience
• Profil junior (0 à 3 ans d’expérience)
• Une expérience de stage est un atout
• Une expérience dans le retail, la construction ou les projets de fit-out est un plus, mais non indispensable
Compétences techniques
• Capacité à lire et comprendre des plans techniques
• Connaissances de base en construction et installations techniques
• Maîtrise d’AutoCAD
• Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office
• Sens de l’organisation et attention aux détails
Soft skills
• Mentalité proactive et orientée terrain
• Bonnes capacités d’organisation
• Excellentes compétences en communication
• Flexibilité et orientation solution
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs petits projets simultanément
• Esprit d’équipe et envie d’apprendre
Langues
• Français et anglais
• Le néerlandais est un atout
