As EMASPHERE continues to grow across Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the UK, we are looking for a Content Marketer to help us create content that builds our brand, showcases our expertise and connects with the people we want to reach.

Your role

As Content Marketer, you will be part of the Marketing team and help bring the EMAsphere story to life across different formats and channels — from LinkedIn posts and blog articles to customer stories, newsletters, ebooks and podcasts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content but is also curious about the bigger picture: who we are talking to, what matters to them, and why we are creating the content in the first place.

You will turn ideas, expertise and insights from across the company into content people actually want to read, watch, listen to and share — working closely with Marketing and collaborating with colleagues across Sales, Product, Partners and the wider EMAsphere team.

What you will do

Create & publish content

• Write and publish blog articles on topics relevant to our audiences, with search and AI visibility in mind.
• Create LinkedIn content for EMAsphere and support colleagues with posts and ideas.
• Help produce our newsletters, from identifying topics to writing and preparing the final content.
• Contribute to longer-form content such as ebooks, guides and reports.

Tell our story

• Interview customers and colleagues to create case studies, testimonials and customer stories.
• Support our podcast and video content: research, guest preparation, coordination and repurposing.
• Turn one piece of content into several — a podcast becomes an article, LinkedIn posts and a newsletter item.

Bring it to life visually

• Create and adapt simple visual content in Figma, such as social media visuals, carousels and content assets.
• Keep the website and existing content up to date when needed

Keep things moving

• Help maintain the content calendar and make sure planned content is delivered on time.
• Work with Sales, Product, Partners and other colleagues to find topics, insights and stories worth sharing.
• Follow content performance to understand what resonates and what we should do more of.

About you

• Around 3 years of experience in content marketing, B2B marketing, communications or a similar role — we care more about what you can do than the exact number of years, so show us content you've actually created!
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• A strong writer who knows how to make a subject interesting and easy to understand.
• Able to adapt your writing to the format: a LinkedIn post shouldn't sound like an ebook, and an ebook shouldn't sound like a product page.
• Comfortable creating both short-form and long-form content.
• Experience with, or a strong interest in, B2B content and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and colleagues to gather information and turn conversations into content.
• A good visual eye and working knowledge of Figma.
• Organised and comfortable juggling several pieces of content at different stages.
• Curious and willing to learn about topics that can sometimes be technical or complex.
• Able to work independently while enjoying collaboration with the wider team.
• Focused on the impact of your content, not simply publishing for the sake of it.

Bonus points if you have experience with SEO and AI search visibility, podcast production, video or motion design, a finance/accounting/data audience, or working with partners or a partner ecosystem. We don't expect you to be an expert in everything.
