Client Partner – Public Sector
Help shape the future of digital transformation in the public sector.
Randstad Digital is looking for an experienced Client Partner to lead and grow our Public Sector vertical in Belgium.
We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial leadership with the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships in a complex stakeholder environment.
As Client Partner, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic public-sector relationships and lead our growth agenda across the vertical. You will engage with senior decision-makers and technology leaders, understand their transformation priorities and bring together the right expertise from across Randstad Digital to create sustainable value.
Your scope will include:
• Defining and executing the growth strategy for the Public Sector vertical
• Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across public institutions
• Identifying and developing strategic opportunities across existing and new accounts
• Positioning Randstad Digital’s capabilities across digital government, cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity and application modernization
• Connecting Belgian clients with our European and global expertise
• Developing and empowering a team Account Managers, recruiters and IT professionals
• Taking ownership of portfolio performance, P&L and long-term client value
What you bring
You have 10+ years of experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation or a comparable client-facing leadership role, with meaningful experience within the Public Sector.
You understand the dynamics of large institutions and the importance of navigating multiple stakeholders, procurement frameworks and complex decision-making environments.
You are equally comfortable discussing a strategic transformation agenda with senior leadership, shaping a commercial proposition with your team or leading a complex opportunity from its early stages through to conclusion.
Above all, you bring strategic judgement, commercial maturity and the ability to establish credibility and trust in complex environments.
