Overview

We are partnered with a global biopharmaceutical organisation to identify an experienced Talent Operations Liaison to support HR operations and talent processes across local and global teams. This role acts as a key partner to Talent Partners, ensuring organisational changes, employee lifecycle activities and HR policies are implemented accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and business leadership to drive operational excellence and maintain high-quality employee data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage organisational structure updates and position management within SuccessFactors/TalentShare
• Partner with Talent Partners during reorganisations and employee lifecycle activities
• Support compensation processes, market benchmarking and offer approvals
• Lead employee relations, policy implementation and compliance activities
• Coordinate offboarding processes, including legal documentation and stakeholder management
• Drive process improvement initiatives and ensure data quality across HR systems
• Support global talent programmes, annual review cycles and transformation projects
• Provide reporting, insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience within Human Resources or HR Operations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
• Experience supporting organisational design, compensation or employee relations activities
• Knowledge of local employment legislation and HR compliance requirements
• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment preferred
• Biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience is advantageous
• Experience with SuccessFactors and HR systems preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Excellent written and spoken English
