Vous êtes le référent technique et le point de coordination de l'automatisation sur des projets de production pharmaceutique, du cadrage à la passation aux équipes d'exploitation. Vous encadrez et coordonnez les équipes d'automaticiens, en lien avec les équipes Process, Qualité (QA / Qualification-Validation), IT, Maintenance, Utilités et E&I.

Responsabilités
- Piloter techniquement les projets d'automatisation sur toute la durée de leur cycle de vie (conception, développement, tests, qualification, mise en service).
- Définir et faire évoluer l'architecture et la stratégie d'automatisation, notamment sur les plateformes AVEVA et Siemens (PCS7, TIA Portal).
- Superviser et challenger les livrables des intégrateurs et des fournisseurs (FDS, SDS, code, FAT/SAT, packages équipements).
- Développer et maintenir la documentation, les logiciels et les infrastructures d'automatisation.
- Garantir la conformité des livrables aux exigences GMP / cGMP, GAMP 5, Data Integrity et HSE.
- Coordonner les aspects cybersécurité et virtualisation avec les équipes IT.
- Animer les ateliers de projet et assurer l'alignement entre les différentes disciplines.
- Gérer les punch lists, les déviations et les change controls.
- Anticiper les risques de planning et de budget, et proposer des solutions correctives.
- Encadrer, former et faire monter en compétences les automaticiens de l'équipe.
- Organiser la formation des opérateurs et assurer la passation aux équipes d'exploitation.
Qualifications
- Diplôme de Bachelier ou de Master en automatisation, électromécanique, ingénierie industrielle ou domaine équivalent.
- Minimum 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en automation, dont une expérience significative en environnement pharmaceutique ou réglementé.
- Maîtrise des technologies AVEVA et Siemens (PCS7 et/ou TIA Portal).
- Bonne connaissance des référentiels GMP, GAMP 5 et des principes de validation des systèmes informatisés (CSV).
- Expérience de la gestion de projets d'ingénierie et de la coordination d'intégrateurs et de fournisseurs.
- Leadership, sens de l'organisation et excellente communication.
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et à gérer des situations complexes. xlxgzvr
