Talent Liaison – Employee Relations, Offboarding & Reintegration

A senior-level position for an experienced HR professional with expertise in:

• Employee Relations & complex case management

• Belgian labour law and compliance

• Long-term sickness and reintegration programmes

• Offboarding, dismissals and organisational change

• Union and works council engagement

• Stakeholder management and sensitive negotiations

You'll play a key role in balancing business needs with employee wellbeing while acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organisation.

Sickness & Absence Operations Specialist

A specialist role focused on delivering best-in-class support across sickness, absence and work accident processes.

Key areas include:

• End-to-end management of long-term absence cases

• Payroll and benefits coordination

• Reintegration and return-to-work administration

• HR systems and data management

• Reporting and analytics

• Process improvement and digitalisation

Ideal for HR Operations, Payroll or Absence Management professionals who enjoy working in a highly organised, detail-oriented environment.

Talent Operations Liaison

An impactful HR Operations role supporting the wider employee lifecycle and organisational effectiveness agenda.

Responsibilities include:

• Organisational structure management

• Recruitment and offer governance

• Compensation and reward activities

• Promotions and job levelling

• HR policy implementation

• Business process improvement

• HR data quality and reporting

This role offers excellent exposure across multiple HR disciplines and significant stakeholder interaction.

What We're Looking For

• Strong HR experience within complex corporate environments

• Outstanding stakeholder management skills

• Experience navigating sensitive employee matters

• Process improvement mindset

• Strong systems and analytical capability

• Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels

• Fluent Dutch, French and English highly desirable
