Our client, a growing and innovative Medical Technology startup in Mechelen, is looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join their team.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, keeping things running smoothly, and creating a welcoming experience for clients, guests, and colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:

Proactive, friendly, and highly organised.
A strong communicator with an eye for detail.
Comfortable working independently in a growing startup.
Interested in developing towards Sales & Customer Experience.
What's on offer?
The role can start on a part-time or contractual basis, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time payroll position as the company expands. There is also potential for career progression into Sales & Customer Experience.
