We are growing and looking for a driven Finance Talent Consultant. Someone who enjoys commercial conversations, building strong relationships with clients and financial professionals, and helping people take the next step in their careers.

Your role

As a Consultant, you combine sales, recruitment and finance in one role.

• You will build your own client portfolio, maintain existing relationships and framework agreements, and actively look for new business opportunities.
• You will get to know your clients, understand their challenges and work with them to find the right Finance & Accounting professionals for their projects.
• You will also guide professionals with a financial and/or accounting background towards challenging, long-term projects. You will get to know their ambitions, advise them on their next career step and connect them with the right opportunities.
• You are not just filling vacancies. You are building long-term relationships, developing your own client portfolio and helping people move forward in their careers.

What do you bring?

We are looking for someone with a commercial mindset and the ambition to grow within recruitment and consultancy.

You could be a recent graduate (entry-level) with a master's degree in an economics-related field. Or you may have 1 to 3 years of professional experience and be ready for a new challenge and a different direction in your career.

You are fluent in either French and English or Dutch and English.

Location

Our current office is located in Antwerp. From the beginning of next year, we will be opening new offices in Brussels and Ghent, giving you the opportunity to work closer to home.
