My client is a global healthcare organisation with a presence across multiple international markets. The Role

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being at the centre of people operations, organisational change and employee relations.


This is a highly visible role partnering with HR Business Partners, managers and wider HR teams to ensure employee lifecycle activities are delivered smoothly, compliantly and with a strong focus on employee experience.


You'll support everything from organisational restructures and workforce planning through to compensation reviews, employee relations matters, policy implementation and complex offboarding activity. The position offers a mix of operational execution, stakeholder management and continuous improvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and driving HR processes forward.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with HR and business leaders to support organisational changes, restructures and workforce planning activities
  • Managing employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, compensation changes and offboarding
  • Providing guidance on employee relations matters, performance issues, disciplinary cases and employment legislation
  • Supporting managers and HR stakeholders on compensation decisions, benchmarking and offer approvals
  • Ensuring employee and organisational data is accurately maintained within HR systems
  • Driving consistency across HR processes and policies
  • Supporting the implementation of new HR initiatives and programmes
  • Producing workforce reports, analysing trends and making recommendations
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Legal and HR Business Partners
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency and strengthen the employee experience


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Shared Services or a generalist HR environment
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR best practice
  • Experience advising managers on employee relations and employment law matters
  • Exposure to organisational change, restructures or workforce planning activities
  • Experience supporting compensation reviews, salary benchmarking or reward programmes would be advantageous
  • Confident working with HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Experience within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, medical devices or another regulated industry would be beneficial
