Location: Zaventem, Belgium | Hybrid – On-site, Remote & Home-based
Salary Range: €53,000 – €71,000 (Mid-Salary) | EUR | Belgium
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support the design and delivery of customer-facing digital communication solutions for strategic enterprise clients across Europe. This is not a pure development role. You will act as a trusted advisor within client engagements, shaping document workflows, outbound messaging strategies and platform architecture decisions that align with business outcomes.
You'll work directly with internal stakeholders in EMEA and external partners to translate high-level requirements into technical solutions while maintaining alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities. Your responsibilities include advising on current best practices, proposing future-state process improvements, participating in cross-functional discussions, and representing the organization at key planning sessions.
