We're looking for a senior enterprise architect to compare Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform and bespoke CRM development. Using existing studies rather than repeating discovery, you'll assess functional fit across grants, accreditations, inspections, payments, document management and reporting, alongside architecture, costs, delivery and risks.

What you'll do

  • Consolidate documented requirements, process models and architecture as the comparison baseline.
  • Build a fit-gap matrix for native, configured, custom, integrated or unsupported coverage.
  • Compare target architectures, hosting, identity, security, integrations, governance, support and maintenance.
  • Compare investment, recurring costs and five- and ten-year total cost of ownership.
  • Define comparable roadmaps, phases, effort, dependencies, resources, prerequisites and decision gates.
  • Assess delivery and organisational risks, shared-platform trade-offs, and present a decision report.

What you bring

  • Senior enterprise and solution architecture, systems urbanisation and IT governance.
  • Strategic management, business cases, ROI, fit-gap analysis, risk assessment and TCO modelling.
  • Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform expertise.
  • Build-versus-buy analysis, bespoke development estimates, maintainability and reversibility.
  • Transformation roadmaps, project governance, change management and decision-support reports.
  • Belgian public-sector experience and public procurement expertise.
  • GDPR, NIS2, information security management and artificial intelligence (AI).
  • Ability to assess licensing dependencies, integration costs and long-term skills availability.
  • French: native.
