Junior Digital Workplace Product Owner...

We are seeking a Digital Workplace Product Owner to support the development and rollout of innovative solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong focus on Copilot and Agentic AI projects. You will play a key role in assessing new features, guiding stakeholders, and documenting findings to support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and assess new Microsoft 365 capabilities in the context of ongoing projects

Provide functional guidance and expertise during workshops

Document findings and contribute to qualification activities

Define and prioritise product requirements and user stories

Manage product releases and coordinate rollout plans

Collect and analyse feedback from business stakeholders

Track success metrics, risks, and issues

Support license management and validation processes

Experience & Skills

Minimum 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, including collaboration tools such as SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive

Familiarity with Copilot is a strong plus

Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Skilled in writing documentation (e.g. qualification reports)

Customer- and service-oriented mindset

Team player with the ability to work independently

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
