Ben je op zoek naar een job waarin je jouw technische vaardigheden, oog voor detail en passie voor technologie kan combineren?

Bij Taktik krijg je de kans om een sleutelrol te spelen bij de installatie van technologische oplossingen voor onze klanten in de sectoren van vrije tijd, gezondheidszorg en corporate.

TAKTIK is een B2B-bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in software- en hardwareoplossingen op maat voor de sectoren vrije tijd, gezondheidszorg en corporate.

Ons toonaangevende product : FlowR , een IPTV- en Digital Signage-oplossing.

Wij werken samen met gerenommeerde partners (Proximus, Econocom, Samsung, LG) en bekende klanten zoals Spa Francorchamps, ziekenhuizen en rusthuizen.

Sinds 2003 opereren we vanuit een groene en inspirerende omgeving in de buurt van het kasteel van La Hulpe, met een jong en dynamisch team.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als TV Installateur speel je een cruciale rol in de installatie en configuratie van onze producten bij onze klanten. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn :

  • Het leveren en installeren van televisies, inclusief montage en configuratie ter plaatse.
  • Beheer en onderhoud van de fysieke voorraad van de apparatuur die nodig is voor installaties.
  • Voorbereiding van materiaal voor elke interventie en opvolging van retouren na installatie.
  • Configuratie en beheer van geïnstalleerde apparatuur (TV, IPTV-systemen en Digital Signage).
  • Effectief communiceren met eindklanten om een uitstekende service en maximale klanttevredenheid te garanderen.
  • Gebruik maken van ERP- en ticketingsystemen om interventies te documenteren, voorraad te beheren en retouren te verwerken.
  • Naleven van de normen en voorschriften van Taktik, met inbegrip van kwaliteitseisen (ISO 9001).

Jouw profiel

Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten met de volgende vaardigheden :

Vereiste competenties (MUST HAVE) :

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het beheren en installeren van technische apparaten (installaties op locatie, diagnose en opvolging).
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden : jij bent het gezicht van het bedrijf in het veld.
  • Sterke IT-vaardigheden om televisies en gerelateerde systemen te configureren.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en nauwkeurig in het beheer van materiaal en retourprocessen.

    • Gewenste competenties (NICE TO HAVE) :

  • Kennis van de IT-producten en oplossingen die Taktik aanbiedt.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding genoten en beschikt over een BA5-certificaat.

    • Overige vereisten :

  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans en Nederlands (tweetaligheid is verplicht). Een goede kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Rijbewijs B is verplicht, aangezien frequente verplaatsingen vereist zijn.
  • Flexibiliteit om zich aan te passen aan wisselende werklast : activiteiten kunnen piekmomenten en rustige periodes bevatten.

    • Hiërarchische relatie

    Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Service Delivery Director .
