Your Mission as a Service Coordinator

As our Czech and Lithuanian Service Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers and partners in the Czech Republic and Lithuania. You'll be crucial in addressing their needs promptly and professionally, acting as the key facilitator for all service-related inquiries.

Your daily activities will involve :

• Front-Line Communication : Connecting with customers, dealers, and partners via phone, email, and potentially chat, all in Czech and Lithuanian. You'll provide accurate information and effective solutions regarding our offerings.
• Issue Resolution : Tackling a wide array of customer concerns, from product details and service requests to technical questions and complaint management, ensuring quick and satisfactory outcomes.
• Internal Collaboration : Working closely with various internal departments (like technical assistance, logistics, and sales) to coordinate actions and guarantee timely solutions for our clients.
