Position Overview :

In your role as a Service Coordinator , you will be the primary liaison for our Czech- and Lithuanian-speaking customers. You will handle their service inquiries, coordinate repair and maintenance appointments, and ensure smooth communication between all parties, including customers, dealerships, and our internal teams. Your contribution will be essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient service delivery.

This position features a hybrid work arrangement , allowing you to work 2 days a week in the office in Ghent and 3 days remotely , providing a balance between flexibility and in-person collaboration with your team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main contact for Czech- and Lithuanian-speaking customers, managing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Coordinate service and maintenance schedules between customers and dealerships.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication among customers, service teams, and dealerships.
• Monitor and manage the progress of service requests, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers post-service to confirm their satisfaction and address any additional issues.
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate internal departments for resolution.
• Provide regular updates to customers about their service request status.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service processes based on customer feedback.
