Mission context
As an Administrative Officer, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting meetings, handling documentation, and providing translation and text processing services. You will work in a bilingual environment with a hybrid work model.
Function description
- Provide general administrative and logistics support
- Take minutes during meetings and prepare supporting materials for committees and management
- Perform accurate data entry and document management
- Handle translations and text processing to support internal communication
Your profile
Education
Minimum secondary education degree or equivalent by experienceLanguages
French : native or fluentEnglish : good working knowledgeExperience
2 to 6 years of experience in administrative rolesStrong expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Soft skills
Strong communication skills with diplomacy and customer orientationAble to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyProblem-solving mindset with high attention to accuracy and qualityGood organizational insight and ability to manage multiple tasksWork conditions
