Your Challenges

As a Service Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in first-line IT support, responding to users’ needs and ensuring an optimal user experience :

• Provide first- and second-line support to end-users and IT managers in Belgium.
• Serve as the central contact for all internal IT questions.
• Register, analyze, assign, and resolve calls, emails, tickets, and requests via the portal, adhering to set standards, procedures, and SLAs.
• Track and document ongoing incidents and requests, maintaining clear communication with users.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the support team’s innovation.
• Keep the knowledge base up-to-date.
