Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve cases efficiently to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team to share knowledge and enhance the overall client experience. What You Bring to the Team: Required: Native-level fluency in Japanese and conversational English (B2 level). A natural problem-solver with outstanding communication skills and a patient, helpful attitude. Tech-savviness and a genuine willingness to learn new software and systems.
