Business Analyst F/M/X - Trilingual (FR/NL/EN)

Job description

Amaris Consulting is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Brussels under a permanent contract. In this role, you will act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to the successful delivery of digital and transformation projects across various sectors.

🔥 Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications or user stories for technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, or system enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery.
• Support the testing phase, including writing test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including process flows, use cases, and business rules.
• Act as a trusted advisor during project lifecycle and provide support during change management.

🎯 Your Profile:

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, Economics, or a related field.
• You have 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch – mandatory.
• Solid understanding of business process modeling and common analysis techniques (UML, BPMN, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in banking, insurance, or public sector environments is a plus.
• You are available to work on-site in Brussels.
