Nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager Infrastructure & Operations au sein du département IT, pour piloter des projets touchant aux environnements serveurs, réseaux, CyberSécurité, digital workplace, cloud center of excellence, database engineering, monitoring & alerting. Ces projets jouent un rôle essentiel dans la stabilité, la sécurité et l'évolution de notre environnement informatique. Vous serez au coeur de la transformation opérationnelle et technologique d'AG. Vous vous reconnaissez dans ce profil ? Compétences techniques (niveau attendu : compréhension + capacité à challenger): Vous avez une bonne vision globale des environnements IT infrastructure : serveurs, stockage, réseau, sécurité, cloud, workplace, monitoring. Vous comprenez les impacts et dépendances d'un changement dans ces environnements et savez poser les bonnes questions. Le project management est otre véritable force : gérer, anticiper, concilier et communiquer sont vos maitres mots Vous avez au moins 2 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets. L'environnement IT et en particulier l'infrastructure vous est familier Estimer la charge, construire un planning, orchestrer les ressources, suivre l'exécution, adapter le plan : vous maîtrisez déjà et... vous aimez ça ! Vous avez une communication exceptionnelle, adaptée à chaque niveau : technique, opérationnel, business, direction. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'analyse, votre capacité à prendre du recul et à gérer simultanément vue d'ensemble et détails pratiques. Vous identifiez rapidement les risques, dépendances, impacts et ne vous contentez pas de les signaler : vous proposez des solutions. Vous êtes orienté(e) collaboration, facilitation, co‑construction. Vous savez fédérer. Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement multidisciplinaire et en constante évolution. Vous vous exprimez aisément en anglais, vous maitrisez une des deux langues nationales et êtes capable de gérer une réunion dans l'autre langue nationale. Formation: Vous avez un master ou une expérience équivalente Certification PM (Prince2, PMP, Agile...) = un plus, pas une obligation.
