- Analyse insurance submissions and assess technical and commercial risks
- Manage and grow a profitable underwriting portfolio autonomously
- Negotiate terms and conditions with brokers and key clients
- Identify and develop new opportunities within construction and engineering
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners
- Act as a technical reference and key point of contact
- Contribute actively to knowledge sharing within an expert team
- Master's degree in engineering, architecture or construction-related field
- At least 4 years of experience in technical and/or construction insurance
- Fluent Dutch, good knowledge of French and English
- Strong understanding of technical risk assessment and underwriting
- Analytical mindset with solid commercial and negotiation skills
- Proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership
