The Group Controller plays a role at the center of the group activities and will manage a wide range of responsibilities. This role is transverse with a global vision and the will to have an impact.
Group consolidation and financial reporting
- Coordinate group-wide budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning across all entities
- Contribute to financial reporting for executive management, Board, and Audit Committee
- Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making
Monitoring of holding costs
- Coordinate and monitor holding-level costs during budget and forecast cycles
- Consolidate and analyze intercompany cost data
- Ensure correct and consistent application of transfer pricing policies
Continuous improvement of financial processes and tools
- Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and tools
- Collaborate with controlling teams to implement best practices
- Support standardization and automation initiatives across finance
The Group Controller presents a certain set of hard and soft skills:
- Master's degree in finance, Business Management, Economics - or equivalent
- Around 4-5 years of experience in Finance (ideally in a controlling position)
- Excellent command of French & English - Dutch is a plus
- Experience with SAP
- An affinity with process management and IT tools
- Solution oriented and Proactive
- Critical mindset
- Excellent communication skills and partnering approach
