Talent Pool Assessment : Continuously assess the potential of the talent pool, managing staffing platforms to match candidates with internal opportunities. Exit Framework Coordination : Develop and coordinate exit strategies, providing insights to management and HR teams. Program Management : Deliver Talent and Career Mobility programs aligned with Allianz Group & Benelux strategy. System Management : Ensure accurate and timely information in Talent Management & Mobility systems, collaborating with HR transformation programs.

Your Responsibilities :
Your Profile?
You are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in career management, talent development, and succession planning. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and excel in communication, professionalism, and taking initiative. Strong expertise is procedures, regulations, and tools, with proficiency in software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in the insurance sector is advantageous, and fluency in English with proficiency in Dutch and / or French is essential.
