The E2E transformation management team at delaware is currently on the lookout for new team members, including an  experienced Program Manager . We’re looking for an  all-round  project manager who can guide teams from the strategic thinking phase to the final execution and delivery. If you like being  involved from A to Z , in pre-sales, analysis, blueprinting and execution, all the way to delivery, you’re exactly what we’re looking for!

The Program Manager role has several facets. First off, you can discuss strategic visions with the C-level, which you’ll translate into your program. You can also rally the teams needed to make this vision a reality. You’ll take on a  pioneering role  within the execution. Not only will you be the leader who handles big and complex challenges, you’ll also onboard and guide your teams and clients throughout the  transformation and implementation journey . Supported by project managers, you can foster a collaborative environment, move your stakeholders towards the best interest across your program and can manage the expectations within the organization.

Providing a clear governance structure, clear communication, and clear role definition is a key responsibility. You’ll deal with and need to balance multiple teams, stakeholders, and factors such as changing priorities.

Of course, to take on this role, you also need to be an expert in your field. You have  experience  with major ERP and business applications, and you combined this with facilitating techniques and methodologies to get and keep everyone onboard and on track. This role won’t be a leap into the dark for you as you’ve managed strategic and business transformation programs, as well as technology implementation programs, before.

You’ll be the end responsible for your program’s performance. Keeping your head cool, handling conflict with a kind but clear mindset, while maintaining the focus on the long-term benefit realization are what set you apart.

Who are we?

We are a part of the Management Consulting department, together with other teams such as the Finance & Performance Management Team. It’s our ambition to establish new practices within the department, with the ultimate goal of serving the other teams in cross-functional contexts, focusing on implementations and transformations. Our E2E integrated approach focuses on business transformation, and the program manager will play a key role in navigating the customers and implementation teams through the complex maze of changes priorities, digital adoption journeys and stakeholder management.

Your team will be a mix of people with backgrounds in different functions and industries; people who have a project management profile in a context of management consulting and technology consulting. In that way, the team will be able to draw on its experience and expertise to support the customer in a wide range of digital transformation, such as ERP, MES but also data and AI oriented projects.

Delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, and Wavre, but we have a ‘where you work best’ policy : we work where we work best, when we work best.
