Sales Engineer – Magnetisation Solutions

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and promoting the company’s solutions.

• Maintain a balance between client retention (farming) and new market acquisition (hunting).
• Plan commercial actions to strengthen relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Promote and present the company’s technical solutions, tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Develop commercial proposals and negotiate sales agreements, ensuring sustainable collaborations.
• Assist in the installation of equipment at clients’ sites in Belgium and abroad.
• Attend trade fairs and events to enhance the company’s visibility.
• Analyze and monitor sales performance to optimize strategies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electromechanics or equivalent, with solid sales experience in a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong affinity for electrical engineering and technology.
• Experience in developing long-term business relationships and managing technical projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Availability for regular travel (1 to 2 weeks per month).
