Description de posteMaintain and update operational procedures and manuals (Aircraft; Cargo; and Internal Procedures Manual & subdocuments) Coordinate production and updates of operational documents within the Quality & Procedures team Communicate procedures to internal teams and external partners Represent Brussels Airlines in LHG working groups Monitor quality and safety performance, follow up incidents, and implement improvements Contribute to and support operational training within your area of expertise Collaborate across departments to enhance processes and ensure compliance Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience Minimum 5 years operational experience in Ground Operations Strong knowledge of Altea CM / FM, ICAO / IATA regulations Fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch and / or French is an advantage Proficient in MS Office Analytical, organized, communicative and a team player A flexible reward plan that allows you to optimize part of your salary A flexible work environment focused on activity-based working and home office possibility Travel benefits Profit sharing Group insurance Company medical plan (optional) Homeworking allowance Meal & eco vouchers A spot in a very enthusiastic team & a great company to work for
